Replace Slow with Elemental Reset for Mages

As per title, replace the skill Slow in both f/p and i/l mages in 2nd job with elemental reset, similar to what Blaze wizards get at 2nd job. On its own, slow is a worthless skill that is not useful in any way, and is added just to use up SP for job advancing. At the same time, both mages suffer from having less training spots due to elemental resistance of certain mobs. Even in questing, I find myself suffering to complete certain quests as the mobs resist my damage, making it twice as hard to kill them. f/p especially is badly disadvantaged by a lack of elemental reset, as all its mobbing skills are of fire element, meaning good luck in 3rd zone in ToT. Downsides? mages op I guess
