AP Reset stat cap limit & 4th Job SP Reset behavior

Currently, I am running into a problem regarding AP Resets. The game won't allow me to take points out of DEX and put them into STR because my STR is already over the 999 max limit cap. Since our max level goes up to 300 now, it would be really helpful if we could bypass this cap to reset and allocate our stats properly. Another issue is regarding the 4th Job SP Resets. I am able to take points out of my 4th job skills, but I can't reallocate them into any lower-tier jobs. It only lets me put them back into 4th job skills. This feels a bit weird, right? Normally, the system should allow us to reallocate those 4th job points into 1st, 2nd, or 3rd job skills respectively.
