cygnus starting killing quests all bugged

when i kill the monsters it does not add to kill count. had to forfeit and re accept to work. For next kill quest for the 3 tiv, when I kill one tiv it becomes 2/3. Then I kill the next tiv it goes back to 0/3. entered the next portal and now I cant go back to complete the previous quest so char is fully stuck at the hit chest quest.
