Daily Login bonus already claimed

Since the update that seemed to fix the household IP whitelist, I haven't been able to claim the daily login bonus at all (both household members are able to do daily and weekly quests fine). The last 3 days of login bonus have displayed that they are already claimed when I log in, and I know my other household member has not claimed it because I talked to him about it and the daily reset is at 3am in our timezone anyway. This isn't a big deal for the daily login bonuses but I don't want to miss out on the weekly one. Additional context: Zak told me he's able to claim the daily login bonus multiple times on this account on by switching characters which is clearly not working as intended
