Monster Ring/ Monster book for Ironman

Description: If an ironman character is a 2nd character, mobs that been farmed on the first character would no longer drop monster cards- meaning ironman would not be able to farm the stats on the monster ring. For context, my ironman is not my first character. On my 1st character, I have maxed out my monster ring. When I created an ironman as the second character, I noticed some mobs don't drop monster cards. Upon further observations, I realized that the mobs which I had collected 5/5 monster cards on the first character no longer drop on my ironman. For example, if my 1st character had farmed a full Green Mushroom monster set, no monster cards would drop for the 2nd ironman character. As my ironman is still fairly low level, it's not a big issue (I can farm other mobs which I did not max out on my 1st char). But I am concerned that my ironman will lose out on Tier 8-9 monster card effects (stats and wa/ma).
