Nightwalker Showdown skill has hidden cooldown

Description: I finally got my nightwalker to level 120 and got it 4th job, after putting a single point into the skill showdown and using it, I noticed it had a cooldown somewhere of 5 - 10 seconds. After reading patch notes from Discord, nothing says one was added. Expected Behavior: For me as a nightwalker to spam the skill showdown to train Actual Behavior: Nightwalkers showdown skill has a cooldown that wasn't there before OR mentioned in the tooltip/patch notes
