No maple points received upon donation

Description: After using the automated donation system, I failed to receive any maple points. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Bought a rewarble card off Skine. 2. Submitted said card via https://playkuro.com/donate. 3. Post-donation, a banner popped up ("Server error"). I figured the submission hadn't gone through so I tried again. Afterward, I realized code submission had actually gone through but no maple points were sent. Expected Behavior: Maple points to show up on my account post-donation. Actual Behavior: No additional maple points were granted to me. I had around 2k left over from my first donation and the number didn't change. Date/Time of Occurrence: Earlier today (around 3PM eastern time)
