Pirate PQ Impossible to complete

In the 5th stage of the pirate PQ, you need to drop keys in front of the four doors (the ones with skulls over them) to stop mob spawning and clear out all the mobs to move on to the next stage. Currently, even with all 4 doors shut, mobs continue to spawn (I'm assuming because of recent changes to how mob spawning works) rendering the party quest impossible to clear. https://uploads.playkuro.com/forum/images/1780646230771-9eb7997e802ce678.jpg
