Smiley mask drop rate

Bug Title:smiley mask urban legend Description: memory monks and memory monk traines are not dropping i swear, i have 1000 eacg of their other etc drop but 0 smiley masks it says 3% drop rate but i got more c.ilbi which has like a 0.03% drop rate. Expected Behavior: drop smiley masks.
