Some pets cannot equip Auto All Cure

I'm not sure what the qualifying factor is, but some pets cannot equip the pet auto all cure potion item. I have only tested and found this problem with the black bunny and Elephant pets. Swapping between pets while the auto all cure potion item is equipped allows a pet that is otherwise unable to equip it.
