unable to enter zakum

Description: zakum seems to be bugged. door across all 3 channels are closed and i get a "the entrance is currently blocked" message when trying to go through the portal. speculation on what might have caused this, channel 1 - doors closed, asked in chat and maleficent said he attempted zakum but left via npc. channel 2 - doors open, carrots (me) attempted zakum but there was a mass dc and when i logged back on, i did not respawn in zakum map but at the tall map with many fly eyes. walked back to zakum entrance and doors are closed. channel 3 - doors closed, no confirmation from others. i have gone back to talk to 3rd job npc and tried again but got the same results. checked online player list and i do not see anybody in zakum map. Additional Information: i have also been getting random dcs while around the zakum maps. i have relogged on launcher and check for update, but it's my second time getting this dc. wasn't doing anything special, first time i was alt+tab typing in discord, second time i was alt+tab typing this post. https://uploads.playkuro.com/forum/images/1781159491539-52fde0ca2d41bbd7.png
