Unable to Enter Zakum Altar (regular) after leaving

"The entrance is currently blocked" message after entering & leaving, all 3 channels display the same so it seems to be regardless of leaving early or clearing successfully? 10 minute wait also doesn't appear to clear it, so seems like regular zakum is blocked for now
