VIP teleport rock map list is wonky

Description: saving a map in map list after number 10 will be saved and the number will increase from 10/20 to 11/20. but this 11th map cannot be accessed because you can't scroll past the 10th map. closing the chat box and re-opening it then shows map list as 10/20 instead of 11/20. and similarly, you still can't scroll past the 10th saved map. but trying to save that same map again is not possible because the system says "a".
