Visual border bug with Aran story scenes

Bug Title: Visual border bug with Aran scenes Description: The smokey border visual is locked at a smaller resolution than any other resolution, resulting in a weird visual display (see image) Steps to Reproduce: 1. Use a larger resolution (4k in my case) 2. Go to "Head Blacksmith's Shop" Expected Behavior: regular smoke border Actual Behavior: cropped smoke border Screenshots or Videos (Optional): https://uploads.playkuro.com/forum/images/1778699630203-8b5ae28666ee5fe9.png Date/Time of Occurrence: 13-05-26 Additional Information: If the smoke border is a fixed size, maybe remove it all together. On larger sizes the effect is diminished anyways. Also I recall this border being on more Aran story spots, will report when I encounter. It is not present in the early Aran scenes.
