Lower Quest Medal to 800 Quests

As it stands, 1000 is a major ask, when there's only a little over 1000 quests in total in this version, having to do basically every single quest in the game is a tall ask. 800 is still an investment, but leaves wiggle room, especially if you're stuck doing it on 15 characters.
