20% and 8% should have different stats

When we scrolled timeless we used 1% clean slates rather than 20% With the 20% scrolls being gacha and 8% being npc along with 1.1 luckie its a no brainer to spam 8% scrolls making the 20% from gacha (which is the bulk of what you get) from gacha irrelevant. I think even if the 20s gave 1 stat more it would make it valuable enough to acquire it. I think gacha at fhen is going to turn in to the general gold ticket gacha where we got ring scrolls no one used. Removing the 20s or adding extra stats would be more beneficial as obtaining these coins from such high level mobs is difficult and the rewards not as great
