Account-Bound Itens (Alternative to SoK)

I have a suggestion regarding the item locks currently available in the Cash Shop.I know there is a lock that binds an item to our character, but my suggestion is to add a way to make items bound to our account instead. The Problem: Right now, if we want to transfer Timeless gear to an alt, we have to use Scissors of Karma. For example, I play a Dawn Warrior but also want to play a Hero. Every single time I want to transfer my equipment between them, I have to spend around 12 to 16 Perfect Pitch (PP). That is way too expensive. PP is one of the most needed resources in the game, and forcing players to spend it just to swap characters puts us at a huge disadvantage in the long run. The Solution: It would be great if we could use Cash or Vote Points to buy a lock that makes items account-bound. This way, we could freely move our gear through the storage without burning through our PP every time we want to play a different character. Let me know what you guys think!
