Add Mercedes (and other classes)

Suggestion Title: Add Mercedes (and other newer classes) to KuroMS. Description of Suggestion: As title (similar to what's currently being developed with Mechanic) Why Do You Think This Is Needed? This is a selfish request, but Mercedes is my favorite class of all time and it'd be amazing to play her in an old school server. Having her and other unique classes in the game would really set Kuro apart from other private servers (which is necessary given how many servers are launching/have launched recently). Possible Downsides or Obstacles: Upon release, Mercedes was a bit overpowered compared to her peers. I think some nerfs would be necessary to bring her more in line with other v83 classes, but probably not too many. Additional Notes/Comments: Perhaps releasing more legends and resistance classes over time would lead to better player retention. I like this server a lot and wish for it to succeed.
