Add some hard to obtain scrolls to drop lists

Some scrolls dont really drop from mobs while their counter parts do. To give a example gloves for att 60/10% drop from a ton of mobs while gloves for magic att 60/10% drop from a single mob each and those are in future heney/perion. There are probably more examples like these out there. Others can comment if they know.
