Add Vicious Hammers to Scroll Workshop/Equivalent

Description: Speed up the hammer-using process by either adding it to the Scroll Workshop or making a separate speed-use utility similar to it. Vicious Hammers are relatively evergreen since every piece of equipment needs 2 to be maxed out, and sometimes many will be needed at the same time. Why I think it's needed: The process of using each individual hammer is incredibly slow, and like with Legendary Spirit requires it to complete a lengthy animation despite the results being printed immediately in the chat log. Unlike Legendary Spirit, however, you have to click to use the hammer every single time because the window closes completely each time, making it significantly slower. Possible downsides/obstacles: It would have to be able to check if it's hammer-valid before attempting to apply a hammer, or else it could potentially over-hammer gear.
