Allow CSS 1% to be crafted multiple at once in Maker skill

Currently, the skill allows player to craft CSS 1% but only 1 at the time with cloth fragment. Can we implement the widget overlay like crafting gems for this item as well? Cost ratio for css 1% to CS/WS is 1:60 with PPCost ratio for css 1% to CS/WS is 1:100 with cloth fragment + mesos Hence it is a more cost friendly option :)
