allow us to off others' skill animation

Description of Suggestion:right now, the widget only has 1 option to turn off skill animation, and it affects my own, others' and even the boss' animation. e.g. VL's DR animation disappears if that option is selected when doing 6 man boss fights like VL, all the skill animations makes it harder to see the boss' skill animations. so having an option with separate checkboxes to disable my own / others' skill animation (i don't think it's necessary to off boss' skill animation but maybe other people would want that option) would definitely help with visibility.
