Bucc buffs

Bucc second job skills are all worse then firstjob. Corkscrewblow is giga slow and weaker in damage then 1st job mobbing skill and not worth to use. I suggest to increase corkscrewblow cast speed and make it start at a higher damage % and mob count so its worth using at lvl 1 over sommerassault kick lvl 1 the skill should start out at like 6mobs 180% scaling to like 260% or something at max lvl.
