Buff NW's vampire scale

KuroMS Suggestions discussion with 2 posts about Buff NW's vampire scale.

DMG is quite tough to help NW mob and its really just lvling 1-70 with ST skills. Makes leveling very miserable. Hope this gets considered.

Hi pretzels, its intended for Thief branch class to have a weak early game due to some of the stronger late game perks that they have in the late game. If I notice that their population is too low then I would look to help them in other ways, but a bit hesistant for now as worried about them being too meta dominant.
