Equips Storage transferable

Allow equips that require psok/sok to be transferable through storage. Many players currently do not like the class they are playing so they end up creating new characters, transferring gears however has a huge cost as you need to psok gears to be able to put it into storage. Suggestion: Keep PSOK to enable trading with other players, but enable equips to be able to be stored into storage by default without the use of PSOK. Retains the use of PSOK to be money sink while trading while allowing players to move their items from character to character within the account.
