Fixing Free Market Layout

Description of Suggestion: Requesting that we move ALL the NPC's in FM to a map with platforms that aren't able to be covered by players and move the training dummies to the actual dojo entrance. Why Do You Think This Is Needed? This is needed because with the growth of the server the free market is becoming more crowded. The NPC's should be CLEARLY visible to all player's instead of having to search or change channels to find them. Possible Downsides or Obstacles: You'd have to find a different map layout for free market Additional Notes/Comments: (Anything else you'd like to add examples, references, or related ideas)
