HTPQ Changes

Currently the drop rate of Mark of the Squads from the pq is really low (4%) meaning it needs several tries just to get all 3 marks for the quest. I would like to suggest the following changes: 1. Buff the drop rate of mark of the squad 2. Instead of kicking us out of cave, return us to the entrance if we talk to the crystal
