increase final attack duration

Description of Suggestion: increase final attack buff duration to match other buff skills this is how all buff skills look like currently. final attack is the only with a different timer. all skills had same timer (except cygnus warrior) before the changes. now it feels weird.. and annoying having to rebuff it separately. https://uploads.playkuro.com/forum/images/1781194311596-3aaf95cc26a0634d.png Why Do You Think This Is Needed? just simple qol to improve gameplay. makes buffing less annoying and cures my ocd.
