increase final attack duration

Description of Suggestion: increase final attack buff duration to match other buff skills this is how all buff skills look like currently. final attack is the only with a different timer. all skills had same timer (except cygnus warrior) before the changes. now it feels weird.. and annoying having to rebuff it separately. Why Do You Think This Is Needed? just simple qol to improve gameplay. makes buffing less annoying and cures my ocd.
