let DP damage skins be applicable account wide

so i got a few free damage skins from the 100dp cash shop roll, and these skins appear as an item in the "cash" tab of my inventory, meaning i can transfer them between characters. but i just bought a damage skin through the damage skin interface from widget, and realised that it doesn't appear as an item in my "cash" tab. so those cant be transferred and used with another character. considering i paid 8000dp for it and it can only be used on 1 character seems like a waste? maybe i shouldn't have gotten it from the damage skin widget and should've gotten it from the cash shop instead but i didn't know it wouldn't be an item T_T pls pls make damage skins applicable account wide or at least make it a cash item (for those purchased thru the damage skin interface)
