Lower Forgotten Hollow Mob Damage

Simply put, near enough all of the mobs down there hit notably harder than mobs their level, with some doing over 4x the damage of mobs around their level. For example, Sporewoods would do about 1.3k-1.4k touch damage to me as a level 59 mob, while Soul Teddies in deep ludi were only doing about 250-300. Don't think this is a bug, more just because the classic beta mobs seem to have really high stats
