Make Von Leon (VL) Coins tradeable

My suggestion is to make Von Leon (VL) coins fully tradeable. Currently, if I pick up a coin, it is completely untradeable and I cannot pass it to another person. Making them tradeable would make it much easier for parties to share or split the loot fairly after defeating the boss.

Hi Nena, no worries will make all boss ETC and Region ETCS tradable for more market options.
