Make Von Leon (VL) Coins tradeable

My suggestion is to make Von Leon (VL) coins fully tradeable. Currently, if I pick up a coin, it is completely untradeable and I cannot pass it to another person. Making them tradeable would make it much easier for parties to share or split the loot fairly after defeating the boss.
