Paladin 4th job stance

Paladin 4th job stance skill is in a weird place since they already have party stance buff 80%. They should either have lvl 1 start at 81%, and maybe reduce the max level of their 4th job stance, or have the skill replaced by an advanced version that gives the party >80%.
