Remove duplicate and unlikely-to-be-used scrolls

From drop tables via widget there are 4 different 60% Claw for Luk Weapon Attacks, which are inferior to the regular 60% CFA (2 luk, 1WA vs. 2WA, 1ACC). Also relatively useless are scrolls like 60% Claw for Str Weapon Attack. Clutter exists for other weapons as well, requests are to remove: 1.) Weapon scrolls named in format ( <Weapon/Magic Attack), as they are all inferior to vanilla options. 2.) In a similar vein, Leafre Dragonic Fortune values/percentages feel pretty bad, have turned in 100s of times and only gotten 4-5 random class equips-- the rest of which are primarily the aforementioned junk scrolls.
