Shield balancing

However, for some reason, only the Kite Shield wasn't updated and it still has 7 slots. I'd like to know if there are any planned changes for the Kite Shield. I need to craft and scroll my endgame shield, but with stats and slots being changed so frequently, it's getting a bit complicated to figure out which shield is actually the best one to invest my scrolls in. As of right now, it seems like the best option is the Gallerhead, but I'd appreciate some clarification on the Timeless shields
