Smokescreen

Smokescreen's expedition cooldown ≠ skill cooldown. It's hard to know when the next smokescreen could be cast. If cast too early, own smokescreen goes into cooldown instead... I'd like to request a timer that shows smokescreen's expedition cooldown. Also, smokescreen cannot be Time Leap-ed. Is this intended? Please make it TL-able. Thank you!
