trading in csog for pp

Description of Suggestion: have an exchange npc where we can exchange csog for pp. could be region locked like how lds 1.1 can be bought in fhene. exchange rate could maybe 1 csog = 150pp or could do RNG like other servers: 1csog = 120-150pp basically the exchange rate would have to be lower than market price/crafting so that selling to newcomers is preferred, but if no one is buying csog at least we can exchange and get some pp back. Why Do You Think This Is Needed? fhene gacha + failing mcs giving out csogs creates an oversupply for people who don't even need csogs. if there aren't enough newcomers to buy our csogs, they're just sitting in our storage. most newcomers are buying scrolled tl gear anyway so they don't even need csog. i think the demand for csogs is already lower than the supply so it'd be great if we could exchange csogs for pp or something.
