Update KuroMS Commands quest to be completed with only @help

Suggestion Title: Update KuroMS Commands quest to be completed with only @help Description of Suggestion: I think only the @help command should be needed to complete the tutorial quest Why Do You Think This Is Needed? Players can just use @help to find out all the commands that they need. I was having difficulty finding 3 commands to be used since most of them wasn't working to count towards the quest. Possible Downsides or Obstacles: Not really Additional Notes/Comments: none
