Weapon Attack on Level 64 Warrior Shield

I was looking at the stat changes made to the shields, and I noticed that Weapon Attack was added to the low-level Maple Shield and the Maple Thief Shield. I think Weapon Attack should be added to the Level 64 Warrior shield as well, otherwise it's going to be completely useless. Why would I use a level 64 shield when the lower-level one already gives me 2 Weapon Attack clean? It would make a lot of sense to adjust this, especially considering the Thief shield gets 2 W.ATT plus 2 extra slots
