Gollux, the new Arkarium, the Petrify break-free HUD and the chair fixes all need the new client files. The web client needs nothing at all: open the page and play. Hotfix update - October 1, evening. These numbers changed after the patch went live and are already reflected below: Gollux is temporarily closed while the fight is retuned. The Imitation Gollux Heart will let you in again once it reopens. Arkarium drops: Berserker's Eternal Ring, Guardian's Eternal Ring and Dominator Pendant x2 each at 80% , plus 2 Fragments of Distorted Time at 100% . Nothing else. Gollux Head drops: Superior Gollux Ring, Pendant, Belt and Earrings x2 each at 80% , plus 2 Advanced Gollux Scrolls at 100% . Nothing else. Castellan Toad is free: no Gigatoad Coin Purse and no palanquin fare. Cannoneer Cannon Bazooka: Lv40 is 207% (not 177%). Patch your client to see and deal the new value. Night Walker Quintuple Star - Reinforce now works: +2% boss damage per level on Quintuple Star. Chaos Root Abyss bosses move to 3 trillion HP from the next maintenance (placeholder while they are retuned). Ironman @buffme now includes Leech Aura at level 70 and above: every hit heals 5% of the damage dealt for 60 minutes. Venom and poison procs (Night Lord, Shadower, Night Walker, Poison Mist, Flame Gear, fire charges, Toxic Venom) now keep working while Leech Aura is active. Arkarium disconnects: if you drop out of an Arkarium run (practice included) and log back in, you now land at Front of Arkarium's Altar instead of an empty arena or prison. This is the update a lot of you have been asking for. Kuro is no longer tied to one Windows PC: if it has a browser, it can run Kuro. On the bossing side, Gollux finally opens as a real expedition with stages, a clock and a shared death counter, Arkarium is rebuilt from the ground up, and every Chaos Root Abyss boss now drops the shard you need for its Maker gear. On top of that: bigger parties, a bigger guild storage and a long list of balance changes and fixes from your tickets. Screen Crack is 1 second slower to connect, giving you more time to get out, and its hit box is 20% smaller . Damage Reflect activates 1 second after Arkarium's cast animation, instead of instantly. Arkarium now shows an HP bar above its head . Hero's Will now breaks the Black Snake curse. Real runs are open now (since October 2, 20:15 JST). Arkarium resets weekly with all other bosses on Saturday. Practice runs remain available. The smaller, slower Screen Crack animation arrives with the next client update. The new hit box and timing are already active. Systems You now always revive with full HP and MP (death respawn, Wheel of Destiny, @revive, Resurrection and Gauntlet Second Wind). Daily Quests are separate for Ironman and regular characters , like boss resets: your household gets one Daily Quest per day for regular characters and one for Ironman characters. Classes and Storage Shade - Strength Training can be leveled to 20 with SP . Jay no longer sells its levels; levels already bought from Jay are kept. Gollux is now a full staged expedition . Your party has 20 minutes and five shared deaths to break the giant down piece by piece. Every counted death removes 60 seconds from the clock, and the fifth death ends the run, so careless deaths cost everyone. ARKARIUM REBORN - ONE BOSS, 500 BILLION HP The temporary two-boss setup is gone. What came back is worse. Arkarium is now one 500,000,000,000 HP boss ( 700 billion 500 billion since October 2), replacing the temporary two-boss setup. The arena hits harder, the monks hunt you down, and a new item lets your party double everything for five minutes. The Arena Flame pillars: 6 per wave 3 per wave , half as often as before, and they are lethal. Screen Crack comes half as often and connects in 3 seconds with a 416-pixel lethal zone around the caster. Get out of range or get out of the run. Damage Reflect turns on 1 second after Arkarium's cast animation, never with it. Black Snake: Hero's Will breaks the curse. Arkarium shows an HP bar above its head . Per-hit cap: 40,000. Netherworld Monks Two waves of 50,000,000,000 HP monks arrive at 10 minutes and 5 minutes remaining . They no longer cast magic attacks . Instead they chase the nearest living player . Contact damage is lethal. Do not let them touch you. Secret Medicine Arkarium's Secret Medicine doubles every hit, summon, damage-over-time tick and server-driven hit for 5 minutes . It cannot leave the expedition, so use it where it counts. Petrify: Break Free A new break-free HUD appears when you are petrified. Tap alternating Left / Right (or A / D if you play with WASD) before the 10-second stun runs out. Bishop Resurrection When a Bishop's Resurrection revives a player, it also restores the counted death and the 60 seconds it took off the clock. CHAOS ROOT ABYSS - SHARDS, HATS AND MAKER GEAR Every Root Abyss boss now pays for its own set piece. Each Chaos Root Abyss final boss now drops its own shard , its hat and 12 Blessing of Fairy Potions at 80% . Quest 20527, A Knight's Pride: the old Mimiana Lv3 requirement is gone. Any equipped Mimiana completes the quest. Cannoneer Lv10 medal: the Revolution medal is replaced with I Love DEX , granting +2 all stats . BUG FIXES - WHAT NO LONGER HAPPENS Fusion Anvil: every request now returns a success or refusal message, and no-op fusions keep both items and the anvil. Superior Gems: socket data follows the equipment itself across inventory, storage, trades, shops, Fredrick, megaphones and other players. Chairs: the Watermelon Bowl and 27 more chairs now use their correct seating and platform offsets. Cube Stack: other players' layouts persist through chair transitions. Vega's Spell: opening the spell window no longer crashes the client. Wind Step, Evasion Step and Octopush use their own MP costs, packet IDs and jump effects instead of borrowed ones. Spirit Trap: back to boss-only behavior. Trapped monsters stay anchored to the server position for every player, and the anchor stops correctly when the stun is removed. Marked knockbacks: all marked fragments are rejected for 1 second, so multi-line attacks no longer drift normal monsters. Holy Shield now blocks both Princess No and Mori Ranmaru seduce and stun. Akatsuki Warrior: the 100% stance is no longer overwritten by Dagger Booster's weaker stance. Pathfinder Raven: Auto Buff keeps Raven active. Dead channel-login characters: characters saved at 0 HP now come back with 50 HP, and dead characters cannot enter the Cash Shop.
