Buff Savage Blow Scaling

As it stands, early game bandits have a lot of problems. A lack of mobbing is the most notable, but another is just how many SP Savage Blow requires to be a usable skill. Savage Blow does not equal Double Stab until you put in 13 SP. This is rather excessive for what should be an instant upgrade, and this comes down to the fact that a lot of Savage Blow's early levels only hit 4 or 5 times instead of 6. Imo, it should start at 6 lines, with the scaling per level adjusted to max so it reaches the same 80% 6 times it currently stops at, so that bandits atleast get a new skill to single target with over double stab asap. Edited cause i was baited into believing it was 75% 6 times from the skill changes part of the forum, its 80%. Point still stands, and it could probably start at 51% 6 times and just go up 1% per level until it reaches cap.
