LHC Spawn Rates / Suggestion for a Spawn Boost Item

Posted by Nena

KuroMS Suggestions discussion with 6 posts about LHC Spawn Rates / Suggestion for a Spawn Boost Item.

After this latest update, the mob spawns actually feel worse than they did even before the spawn rate was increased. I'm currently grinding at Castle Golems in LHC, and some Golems are spawning way too far apart, to the point where I have to actively run around looking for them. My suggestion is to either revert the spawns back to how they were, or maybe introduce an item we could buy with Vote Points (VP) that lasts for a certain amount of time and boosts mob spawns by 20% or 30%. I played on another server that had a custom cash equip—like an earring—that gave a 'Kishin' effect. I don't remember exactly how it worked, to be honest, but having an option like that here would be really useful.

Yes, I agree with Nane. Right now, bearwolves (for example) has three platforms. If you clear one platform, that platform will not spawn mobs until you clear other platforms. For lower mobility classes, this requires us to constantly switch platforms to grind. LHC is one of the best late-game training spots and the gap between LHC and future maps is too big. As a level 216 bucc with full timeless gear, I get better EPM at LHC than at FES3. Most classes will stay at LHC for a while before moving onto future maps.

You can just buff all LHC maps. We start off at crockies and then progress all the way to golems. 2nd option Since we have ninja castle as an option to grind, buffing crockies will deter players from grinding at ninja castle. In this case, maybe we start at bearwolves, then vultures, and lastly golems. 3rd option We can change the level/exp for ninja castle and make it an alternative to grinding at LHC before moving onto future maps. Although with the current spawn rate at ninja castle, warriors will have a tough time consistently hitting 3-4 mobs most of the time. Overall, it depends on how you want the grind progression to be like.
