Papulatus questline and ETC

Hey team! Yesterday I was helping out a new player with papulatus. He did the vanilla questline in deep ludi which at the last quest, it requests to kill papulatus. He was level 85 and couldn't enter pap as he weren't in the level range for it. I think players might get confused with this behavior. He was trying to recruit people for pap just to figure out he can't even enter. Can we have some place that states the level req for each boss? even as a veteran player I really struggled to find this information for him. On a different note related to pap, getting the ETC to summon pap is locked behind a daily quest to receive 1 per day. Can we add the option to receive it in a different way? IMO we can add it to deep ludi exchange npc and make it cost Essence of Time (I think thats how its called?) So player need to farm mobs there in order to buy it. Pretty much like exchange golden zombie tooth for EOF.
