(Potentially controversial) QoL improvements

To preface, before deciding to try out the Kuro beta, I briefly participated in the launch of another private server. Most of my suggestions are features that have been implemented in said server. Although the people behind said server have done many things wrong and almost certainly launched too quickly, they also did a lot right in my opinion. The general player experience is a cut above what I'm used to from private servers and I enjoyed it. I will note that at least some of these suggestions deviate heavily from the true "classic" experience, and take no offense if none of these are actually implemented. - Innate flash and up jump for all characters. Some classes on this server are faster than others (mainly mages, warriors and NL/NW). It's a trait endemic to early maple that I personally think could be adjusted to better suit the modern player. People like to go fast, everyone loves flash jump, and up jump in particular offers fantastic utility. It also offers all classes more ways to dodge certain boss attacks (which would be nice if you plan to implement harder endgame content in the future). - Shorter miniboss timers I think miniboss timers will feel pretty bad when people start playing KuroMS en masse. I advocate for shortening them to 5-10 min across the board. - Adjust monster book ring requirements I personally think the monster book ring is a bit too easy to max out. As a relatively casual player I was able to ignore the ring until level 100 or so, and then farm all the T8 cards necessary to max it within only a couple hours. The quest ring in comparison takes about 5-10x that time to get to a decent statline (just a rough estimate). I think this system could be adjusted such that 1. chars can start on monster card acquisition earlier while still gaining stats in an efficient manner and 2. it takes slightly more time overall. - Permanent hyper teleport rock People already manage to TP everywhere in this game with the existing options, but as someone who greatly dislikes all aspects of questing, especially the travel time, offering a permanent version of this would be huge for making the quest grind a little less miserable. Perhaps usage limits could be removed from the existing 5m option, or a permanent variant costing MP could be added. (If the latter veers too heavily into P2W I understand).
