Unlockable versions of all party buffs as part of character progression

Description of Suggestion: Starting at level 160 (or 180, or any level you deem appropriate), allow characters to select one of several party skills to instantly unlock. From that point onward, they can use said skill everywhere (grinding, bossing, PQs, etc.) Afterward, every ten levels, allow characters to unlock an additional skill (until they have all of them). The pool of skills could include HS, SE/WE, SI, HB, etc. This suggestion is inspired from the V Matrix system in modern GMS (where any character can have decent versions of basically any party skill provided it's equipped to their matrix). Why Do You Think This Is Needed? I don't necessarily think this is truly needed but it'd be a nice workaround for 1. having permanent access to coveted party buffs if/when multiclient is removed at launch and 2. allowing parties to access said buffs in situations they otherwise wouldn't (eg. SE for crit-based classes when bossing, HS when grinding, etc). It would help ironmen too, in theory. Possible Downsides or Obstacles: Class identity sometimes ties in heavily with the party buffs provided (HS for Bishop, SE/WE for archers, SI for Buccs, HB for DKs, etc.) We would lose some of that with this change, but I feel the tradeoffs could be worthwhile if the end result is: "Any combination of classes can grind and boss efficiently." Additional Notes/Comments: This one might be solving a problem that doesn't or won't actually exist at launch, assuming enough people're playing.
