Archer Testing feedback (Game Feel and Functionality)

Hello! My name is Nex. Back again with testing feedback for the archers this time! This is somewhat lengthy so I have a TL:DR section at the bottom. Disclaimer: This is not a damage comparison (mostly), rather this is a testing of how each archer feels to play and making sure their skills work. Now I'm just one guy with opinions so take these with a grain of salt. Feel free to tell me if I'm wrong and or offer suggestions of your own! Bowman/Wind Archer 1st Double shot and Crit shot are good as usual, everything seems fine here. Hunter/Ranger/Bowmaster Arrow Bomb is good. Arrow rain buff feels fantastic. Inferno can crit which is nice but is entirely outclassed by new arrow rain. Doesn't bother me personally. Concentrate having full uptime and stacking with atk potions is awesome. Crossbowman/Sniper/Marksman Iron Arrow is good. Blizzard can't crit, not sure if intended. Arrow eruption 2 line feels great. Strafe being 6 line feels great. Piercing arrow not needing charge and having 2 lines is fantastic. However BM's Dragon's Breath might be outperforming it (due to how crits work) when MM is known to be the better cleaver. Also it only hitting 5 enemies doesn't feel great. Maybe give it another line of damage and have it hit 6 enemies? Snipe feels pretty good. There seems to be a visual bug. If there are damage numbers on screen from other skills, snipe will display an absurd amount of damage. It still applies the correct damage normally. Wind Archer Storm Break with crits and 2 lines feels quite strong. A nice trade off for the range of the other 2 archers and lets it feel unique. I'm not a fan of Wind Walk personally. Making the damage passive and nerfing it to balance would feel much better in my opinion. 3 Line arrow rain is fantastic In testing I have access to bow expert in 3rd job but I don't think that's the case for the main server. Either way there's extra sp going into 4th, not a huge issue but something to note. Spiraling vortex, song of heaven, and monsoon are awesome! Monsoon seems to be doing much less damage than the skill description says. it also says 10sec cd but feels more like 2 sec. Might be a testing server thing but I have access to wind shot in 4th. redundant and very weak compared to spiraling. Wind eyes feels very strong. Skill description is probably wrong and work in progress so that's understandable. Definitely doesn't have 130% crit chance lol. Common Archer Skills Final attack is fast and is great for single target with double shot. It even works with Arrow Bomb/Iron arrow which is pretty cool. Only 1 extra hit but its still an extra hit which is nice. Power Knock-Back: Can crit and lets you play melee archer for the memes, I like it. Mortal Blow can activate on LHC enemies, not sure if intended. Soul Arrow maintaining the atk buff from special arrows is great. Dragon's Breath is a great cleaving option for BM and a good rush option. Summons seem to be working correctly. Puppet seems to be working correctly. TL:DR Section Bowmaster Feels great and I wouldn't change much if anything with it. Marksman Blizzard can't crit. Piercing arrow might need a target count and damage buff. Snipe has a visual bug. Wind Archer Wind Walk being passive would be nice. Extra sp in 3rd job. Skill descriptions probably need fixing. Closing thoughts Archers feel very solid mostly. MM feels like a slight outlier in that its cleaving feels worst of the 3 and hits the least amount of targets. Thank you for your time and consideration!
